These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Interactable Stories, including our website at interactablestories.com and the application at app.interactablestories.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Interactable Stories ("we", "us", "our").
By registering an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:

- Not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorisation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership rights to you.
Story content generated during your sessions is provided for your personal enjoyment. You may not reproduce, publish, or sell it without our prior written consent.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription ("Premium"). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are:
- Billed in advance on a recurring basis, monthly or annually as selected.
- Non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
- Subject to change with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate and is provided for entertainment purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interactable Stories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
